I was serving a sentence of 58 1⁄2 years to life when I received clemency in 2021. I had been in prison for over four decades. Since my release, I have been welcomed and embraced by my large and devoted family that stayed with me al this time. I worked at first as acase manager for Exodus and now work as an education counselor for the Fortune Society. I also serve as a Pastor for a Church in Queens, NY.
